We invite you to participate in a unique Universal Design Experimental Workshop, the purpose of which is to help you better understand how different target groups perceive a certain environment or service. We put ourselves in the shoes of other target groups. Based on this experience and by using design thinking tools we analyze how can we improve the environment or service so that it provides a better experience for everyone. The workshop is led by Daniel Kotsjuba and Karen Jagodin.
