The northern area of the Kopli settlement in northern Tallinn is known to the public as abandoned, fallow criminal reserve full of homeless people and drug addicts, where during the Soviet era were planted people caught in dire straits in life all the way to criminals released from prison. The years have done their job. In recent years, all the evil that seemed to be black and white has started to create colors. New residential buildings have emerged, houses are getting new looks, the population is starting to take shape, and people are becoming more and more aware of the area as a new developing area.
